The rest of the associates and who I believe was the manager, were also extremely friendly which is hard to find nowadays in retail establishments. I will be returning to the Columbia location with more relatives to be fitted by Angie, her customer service is outstanding!! do yourself a favor and call to make an appointment!! I don’t know how she did it, but she did. Fast forward, my feet NEVER felt this great.
She gave me some orthotics custom made to the shape of my foot which I immediately loved! I had no idea that you could have those made in under 5 minutes. She answered all of my questions, and I got to Learn so many things about my feet that I didn’t even know!! isn’t that amazing? Angie was incredibly detailed guiding me through, and patient explaining the process. I was a little skeptical at first thinking it was gonna be a pushy sale but it was the opposite. She explained me that the best option for me was going through a process to see everything about my feet and determine the right shoe for me. Around 2 weeks ago I walked into the Road runner store with my husband with really bad plantar fasciitis and Achilles issues, a sales associate greeted us, and after a short wait I was paired with Angie (Thanks Lord)
